You can enter the weekly drawing without a CGM. Submit one free entry per Sweepstakes Period using the form below or by mail. Each entry carries the same weight in the drawing as every other entry. If you have a Dexcom CGM, you can also connect it to earn additional entries throughout the week.

Each submission counts as one entryfor the week you select. Entries don't roll over. Drawings happen Monday morning Eastern Time. Full mechanics in the Official Rules.
